If they deem that you will need insurance, please make sure to bring a copy of the document with you so we can keep it on file. If you don't know where to get insurance, the best place to start is Performance Film & Media.

Unfortunately not. We do not offer a direct rental service unless you are already a pre-existing customer. We do plan to re-open this option soon, so keep an eye out for that by signing up to our newsletter!

We are based in west-London, and collections are available from either Chiswick, or in very specific circumstances where it has been pre-arranged, Marble Arch. A collection address will be made available when you initiate a booking through Hygglo.

Yes! While we would love to know for sure, unfortunately we can never know whether or not you are you. To make it easier for us, please remember to bring a form of ID such as a driver's license, a passport, or a residence card. This will be checked upon arrival.

If a piece of equipment you have hired from us has been damaged or has stopped working for whatever reason, please call us on +44 7438 999266. Broken kit is of no use to anyone, so please make sure you let us know as soon as possible.
